However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• To initiate a return, please email us at [moccc.au@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom or made-to-order pieces

• Digital downloads

• Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different variant (e.g., size or color). However, exchanges are only possible before the item is shipped and are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly shipped.
